Her clients always leave looking amazingly well coiffed and happy. I read one recent review (by Donna) that was critical of the salon, and I must respond because I was the other client receiving services when Donna came in. I can verify exactly what occurred. Donna was scheduled for a FREE consultation, not a paid service, yet she arrived 15 or 20 minutes LATE.
