It's the best of all my dental visits ever. From the dentist Dr Hammock, to the front desk staff Archie and Italy, they are the best!

I had 3 bad experiences here. 1. on my first visit the desk attendant did not like that I declined to have my picture taken (they had a copy of my license, so no need). When I sat in the waiting area he proceeded to make side comments about me that I found offensive. I complained to the dentist. the cleaning was good and I decided to try again. 2. I required a doctor approval form to be sent in to the practice as a medication I was on may promote bleeding. My doctor faxed it right away, but Boca claimed it was not received. I was uncomfortable my very confidential medical information was lost. I ended up getting a hard copy with confirmation of receipt and bringing it to the Boca desk. 3. At my first visit the dentist told me I had 2 cavities, one on left and one on right that required a crown. I made an appointment for left side only. At the appointment, no one knew this and they were set to do all. They also told me there was no cavity on left. After the above "3 strikes" I was concerned about the quality of care and declined treatment. the office assistant proceeded to text me they were not at fault. this is the same person with the attitude in #1 above. I did not want to take a risk with my dental care when the office seems so confused and cannot track personal info. I will not go back.

I love Dental Associate of Boca Raton in Wilton Manors, because the ENTIRE staff is Phenomenal. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a happy and helpful staff. They always have smile, are courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgable. I would go to any one of them, that's how AWESOME they are. My front tooth broke and they scheduled me immediately to have it repaired. Michael and Archie always go to the extreme to accommodate a patients issues. They Rock Big Time!! I'm usually seen by Dr. Costible however he was on vacation so Dr. Montemale and Erica (they are definitely a tag team) stepped in to extract my tooth then Erica made a temporary bridge that is very comfortable and beautiful. They are EXCEPTIONAL and went the extra mile to make my teeth look Amazing!! The other Dental Associates I've had experience with is Mishi, Reva and Tundra, they are also Amazing Dental Techs. I feel like I found gold with Dental Associates of Boca in Wilton Manors. They are without a doubt the BEST I've ever dealt with. Thank You to the Staff for always being there for me!!!

I never received such a great customer but at Dental Associates there is something spectacular. They are a wonderful bunch of professional. A grade of 10 is not enough. The exam was top notch. Thanks Dental Associates

Always a pleasure visiting the Team at Dental Associates of Boca Raton,I go to the one in Wilton Manors.Riva my Dental Hygientist Riva wont let me leave the chair till she sees perfection.Dr.Montemale,Hammock and Costabile are all amazing and make you feel right at home.Michael and Archie at the front desk greet and complete my visit with big smiles and when time a little chat.

This place is amazing from Archie at the front desk to the Hygienist that keeps my teeth clean and pearly white to the best Dentist in the world Dr Costablie.. I love the way I am treated with respect and dignity and all my need are met at every visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
