I love this salon! I specifically go here to see Gladys because she is simply the best. I recently went to her for a big CHOP after having long hair basically my whole life and was so nervous, but she made me feel like a whole new person (in the best way). She’s a magician with color — the melting and blending is FLAWLESS to the point where I only come back every 4-5 months. And she’s just as good with cuts and extensions. Every time I leave I feel 100x better than when i walked in. I tell everyone about her and honestly will never go to anyone else!

I cannot recommend Alyssa highly enough! From start to finish, my experience getting K-tips and color with her was absolutely amazing. Alyssa is the perfect combination of professional and personable—she's incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and truly knows her craft. Not only did she make the whole process smooth and stress-free, but she also made it fun!
I’ve always struggled with super fine, thin hair, and it’s been one of my biggest insecurities. But Alyssa completely transformed my hair and, honestly, my confidence. I walked out of the salon feeling like I was living my own hair goals! This was literally the best hair experience I could have asked for.
From now on, I won’t trust anyone but Alyssa with my hair!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews so it is unfortunate I have to leave this.
I came in for a consultation for extensions and a haircut. Autumn, the owner, suggested waiting to cut my hair until after getting the extensions, which I agreed with.
I asked for a bang trim instead, requesting side-swept bangs that could be on the shorter side, just needing a refresh.
As she started cutting, I mentioned it was looking choppy. She said my hair was dirty (even though I had washed it that morning) and had me get it washed.
Afterward, I clarified my preferences to avoid a bad cut: 1. Side-swept bangs 2. Shorter, but still looking good 3. Face-framing 4. I don’t style my hair after washing, so I needed it to lay naturally.
Autumn snickers and said, “Wow, that’s a long wish list.”
My friend whom I had gone with her jaw dropped when autumn said this. I was also a little taken aback.
When I left, my bangs were fried from the blow drying. I had to run home and wash them before going back out, they were an absolute mess—choppy, uneven, and not framed properly.
This is one of the worst bang cuts I’ve had in 15 years, and now I have to wait for them to grow out.
I was excited to come here, but after this experience, I can't see myself spending $1800 every 3-4 months on new extensions with the risk of another bad outcome.
EDIT TO RESPONSE:
I’m lowering my review from 2 stars to 1 star because the business responded by assuming I would never be satisfied with their service, which I find discriminatory. This assumption was made despite the fact that I clearly expressed my excitement and eagerness for my extensions when I first arrived. Commending on Autumn’s social media presence and success with extensions and her response being she had just done two sets this morning.
Here is the picture of my bangs in the car RIGHT after my appointment and here are my bangs 3 days later. This does not look like a *professional* cut my bangs. They are a choppy mess.
I couldn’t be more disgusted in a response. You called my hair dirty and ruined the hair framing my face and should be ashamed of yourself Autumn.

She’s very attentive, personable, and detail oriented with her work all while keeping a very chill vibe and welcoming demeanor. Mel is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had in my life. I have been loyal to her from day one because she seamlessly colors my hair and even helps with my tape-in extensions. She styled my hair for many events. She is beyond talented and an amazing person love talking to her, love getting my hair washed by her and I love when she waves my hair specifically because I get so many compliments on it 10 out of 10 best hair dresser I’ve ever had.
