The specialist named KEVIN did an amazing job of figuring out a "mystery electrical problem" that we kept having. We have used Pike's for all of our electrical needs for the past 15 years. This gentleman was THE BEST problem solver - and boy, we were grateful to have this resolved!

I had an outstanding experience with Pike’s Electric from start to finish. Casandra, the Service Department Coordinator, was exceptional throughout the entire process. She coordinated the installation of my new 220 outlet flawlessly, kept me informed on the technician’s arrival, and followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly. She also provided every document I needed to submit to Duke Energy for their rebate program — nothing was missing, and the process was effortless thanks to her attention to detail.
