I placed an order for new filters for my whole house system. I also ordered a new wrench and O rings. I did not have them installed as I am fully capable of doing this. The order was to be shipped and it was the service tech delivered them to my home and contacted me. All those I have dealt with and have spoken to were very polite and knowledgeable. Nick did a great job at installing the system. He checked for leaks, found one, and quickly fixed it. The installation was very fast and we were able to get our water filtrated in about an hour.
