They are good people , Great Service , Phillip was awesome , I still can't believe he had the part in his van lol, They don't over charge like their competitors do !!!!!! Will be using Browns Arctic Air for now on !!!!!

We can’t thank Browns Arctic enough! My elderly MIL had her A.C quit working. Long story short, after she called Frank Gay, they sent a technician out and he lied to her twice. Frank Gay told her it would be $6k to fix the broken parts or her other option would have been replacing the 2.5 ton air conditioner for $12k. He also stated the freon was completely out. That didn’t sound right to us after she had called us to inform us. I called Browns Artic and Bobby and Gayle were fast, reliable and proficient. We had Bobby and Gail out from Brown’s Artic Air, Inc this week because our AC was whining and hissing outside.
I was happily sent back in time to the days of honesty and integrity.
The problem with the AC was the exterior condenser fan motor. Bobby immediately identified the unit as under warranty, even though it was 6 years old. He verified the warranty through the supplier in our driveway and had the part delivered and I installed the next day.
Most companies would have told me I need a new system. Or at least $1000 for a fan.
Labor is all I paid.
