Several years ago, I purchased a Chef’s Choice electric knife sharpener. Shortly thereafter one of the very small rubber feet came off the base making the sharpener unstable but still functional. I should have reported the failure to the manufacturer right away but did not until after the warranty expired. Given that the part was rather insignificant and very inexpensive – likely cents rather than dollars - I did not think it would be an issue. I genuinely thought it would be replaced under good-will since satisfied customers are the best form of marketing and after all it was a manufacture’s defect. I was very wrong. WARRANTY REPAIR COMPANIES BEWARE! Gave them a price to repair an ice machine they had under warranty. I secured a PO number from them thinking I was going to get paid. I performed the work and fix their ice machine. I still haven't gotten paid since early this year. They dont respond to emails and or calls. KARMA will find its way!

STAY AWAY! Absolutely terrible company with an incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive technical support department. Good luck getting a reply from them, I had to personally request multiple updates until they finally answered only to claim they tried themselves multiple times to contact me when I had proof they did not. The purchase of their fridge ended up costing me thousands more due to its default settings causing the loss of product, labor and the purchase of a new fridge not made by this terrible company.
