Worst customer service! A bunch of untrained unprofessionals work there! I was first told to dig through emails for a Technician’s contact instead of re providing the number and then when he finally did provide the number the number was out of service. His response to that was that we’re still in 3-5 business day window and I should wait for their call! After I google the company that company was permanently closed. So I would have wasted my time waiting. Joe Montalvan should be fired for not knowing how to do his job properly!

Horrible company and products! Purchased a Maxx Ice maker broke in 6 months, the company wouldn’t replace then I brought it back to Home Depot where I purchased it from the contacted them and they sent a replacement. The replacement just broke after 4 months and they told me it’s out of warranty because replacement uses the original warranty time! Avoid this company and its products!!

Does not uphold their warranty. Emailed about it over a month ago, called back and left a voicemail which was never returned, they didn’t pick up the next time I called, and did not respond to my last email either. DO NOT GET A WARRANTY WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!
