WARRANTY REPAIR COMPANIES BEWARE! Gave them a price to repair an ice machine they had under warranty. I secured a PO number from them thinking I was going to get paid. I performed the work and fix their ice machine. I still haven't gotten paid since early this year. They dont respond to emails and or calls. KARMA will find its way!

STAY AWAY! Absolutely terrible company with an incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive technical support department. Good luck getting a reply from them, I had to personally request multiple updates until they finally answered only to claim they tried themselves multiple times to contact me when I had proof they did not. The purchase of their fridge ended up costing me thousands more due to its default settings causing the loss of product, labor and the purchase of a new fridge not made by this terrible company.

VENDOR & BUYER BEWARE - We are a small business and were dispatched out by The Legacy Companies to repair some units and they have not paid invoices from February. When I call for an update all I get is the run around and they refuse to help or send you to someone that can help. If you are a buyer beware as well because the more bridges they burn with vendors the less companies will want to work with them. If I could give zero stars I would. Seems like they take advantage of small business owners.
