We recently had a stubborn clog affecting our main kitchen and laundry pipe line, so we called Roto-Rooter. Errol came out to our house on a Sunday—a day when most people are taking it easy. He put in a great effort to fix the issue but was only able to clear the line a little bit with the equipment he had on hand. What really stood out to us was his integrity: he explained he would need to come back the next day with different tools and refused to charge us anything until the job was fully completed.
