I've had this service for 2 years and my pool is never clean. I call them they come out and dump some chemicals in and leave. A couple of days later there is green sediment on the bottom of the pool. I ask them why and they say it's phosphates caused by the rain. Both of my neighbors never have any problems. I going to use their pool service.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Nelson from this company who said he was the owner showed up and started emptying my pool as he was vacuuming with the filter lid off.!! He also was using my pool equipment instead of his own. The following week he didn't show up and I had to call and beg him to come. By the time he finally came to service my pool it had started to turn green. He told me to just be patient and now three days later it is absolutely dark green filled with algae. My family cannot swim in it and haven't been able to do so since hiring Nelson. I went to a local pool store with a water sample and they said my pool needed chlorine and many other... read full review
