We had an extremely positive experience with Paul and his team at Elegant Flooring. They were professional and accessible. They met all deadlines, did beautiful work and were clear and fair about everything they did. When we had issues to deal with, they handled them without a complaint. Shout outs also to Fernando, Alex, Ron, Jeff, Matt, Nicole, Randall and many others who worked very hard to make our new home even more beautiful for us.
Paul & Elegant Flooring did an amazing job in our home. They removed the wall separating the kitchen and the living room. Totally remodeled the kitchen and converted the dining area into a bar. The guys working the job were all great, thanks Alex & Ron! We love our great room/kitchen…we don’t want to leave the house anymore!!
I highly recommend Elegant Flooring Designs! From the first call to the office, Nicole was so kind and accommodating when scheduling my appointment. Randall came out to give the estimate he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The work itself was done so efficiently, the crew was professional, on time, and left everything spotless. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! 10/10
