He basically could not see by the time he arrived home. He called Dr. Rouse, who met us at his office an hour after my husband called him. Dr. Rouse did a full eye exam. He told my husband, he had a Retina tear with bleeding behind the eye, which is why he could not see. Friday evening of July 4 th weekend I had and eye emergency. Dr. Rouse extended his closing time to accommodate and treat me with the utmost of care going above and beyond.
