Went today. Was asked beforehand to come 30 min later as my stylist paola was running behind. That was fine but when I arrived she wasn’t there and when she did walk in, a rude greeting and attitude as I told her what I wanted for the cut. Other woman washed my hair and she was so nice, and Laura very rudely explained the round cut I wanted was going to be 4 inches higher than I wanted and I wasn’t understanding why, and her husband kindly explained the reason. She cut my hair, was very distracted the whole time, and did only an ok job. Considering I paid 70 bucks for this, i expected a more experienced cut. Not something a novice out of school could do. Ale jr salon was a great experience!! My hair was broken, damaged and half-assed ombré... very brassy and choppy. Kim was the perfect stylist, she colored my hair to exactly my natural color and trimmed off the broken bits. My hair looks and feels AMAZING now!! I highly recommend Kim, she's a pro

Ale Jr. Is the kindest and thoughtful hair dresser I've ever met. The first one that really listens to what you want and does what you asked and not what they wanted. The haircut I get last long and when I see my hair I always remember how much I like the hair cut. As a colorist he is great! He is always on time and very mindful on not having you to spend the whole day or too many hours at the place. The time you are scheduled is usually the time you get your service. The rest of the team is great.
