Excellent customer service, very helpful and caring to work with me on resolving the problem ASAP. Immediately, after the submission of the claim to the dispatch… the technician called me and the problem with the AC was promptly resolved. Kudos to the customer service team and the technician! I had reached out to air pros for some assistance with my AC which suddenly did not power on my nest thermostat. I struggled a little bit because a lot of these HVAC repair places do not want to deal with Google nest products or anything of that kind. To my surprise, I had a technician come out named Barbaro who was patient and amazing. He arrived fairly quickly after my call was entered, made sure he did not dirty my house when walking in and working,took off his shoes respectfully. And patiently worked with me to identify the root cause which ended up being the AC unit. Great service from the original visit to discuss what needed to be done through the actual cleaning and sealing of our HVAC ductwork. Everyone was professional and did their jobs properly and courteously.
