From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and taken care of. I got a tour of the entire place and wow! It’s so beautiful and clean. I learned about all the things they offer and how they benefit your health. The sauna is very private, with a curtain separating each. Bonus: The sauna has a bluetooth speaker so you’re able to play your own music. They provide sandals if you don’t want to go barefoot in the sauna, cold water, they also have showers if you’d like to bathe and have a chill room as well if you’d like to hang around afterwards. All in all, it was a very positive experience, I felt comfortable and relaxed and will be going back regularly!

I went to the Zen Sweat Den for the Unwind Experience so that I could try a few of there services in one go. It was easy to book and I left there feeling rejuvenated physically and in a calmer mind frame. The facilities are super clean and each sauna booth is in it's own curtained-off room for privacy. This was a perfect day-off, self care treat!

The sauna was so helpful for my sinus pressure and headache. Total game changer without all the side effects of medicine. I left a 30 minute session being able to breath deeply and feeling better than I had in weeks.
