My husband and I are visiting from Denver and we were looking for something fun and different to do on our date night. Zen den popped up on my searches and we decided to give it a try! It was nice to find somewhere to sauna without the crazy spa prices. We decided to do the “valentines special” which includes the vibration therapy, hydro massage and sauna session. We had lots of fun using the vibration therapy and playing solitaire on the hydro massage! The sauna was our favorite though - after the 28 hour drive here it felt incredible to sweat out all the toxins. Debra helped us out all along the way and was the absolute sweetest. Needing some detox, I contacted Laurie who was super nice and showed me around their facility. I found it very relaxing. My sauna was a dry sauna but my body felt relaxed just after 30 minutes. I felt some relief in my body aches. The zen sweat den has state of the art equipment and a knowledgeable staff. The price and my experience are perfectly matched. Don't worry Laurie will throw in a discount somewhere. Thank you.
What a wonderful place and experience! My first time in a sauna and first time getting a hydro-massage - both were fantastic & I felt SO good afterwards. Beautiful spa setting and absolutely immaculate. I highly recommend! You will be in good hands with Laurie (the owner) she is so inspiring and knowledgeable!
