The service technicians that arrived at my house to repair a problem I was having with my French doors years after they were installed . They were knowledgeable, fast working and very thorough. I was so glad I decided to buy Wrights impact windows in the first place and then to handle my problem. They are a great company to deal with and I highly recommend them.
My experience with Wright's was by far opposite of what I'm reading from others experiences. I only needed one exterior door - not my entire home or multiple windows. We chose a slider - Jay was out the day after I called, quick, straight to the point, gave me a quote which was the best out of 3 other reputable companies. Once I gave the go ahead, office handled permitting - done in 2 weeks. As soon as the permit passed the measuring rep was out within 2 days and the timer started on fabrication.
