I had an amazing experience from beginning to end! The entire team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping each patient find the perfect pair of glasses.
One thing I absolutely loved is that the entire staff is bilingual, making the experience comfortable and stress-free for English, Spanish and Creole-speaking customers.

This review concerns the Walmart Optical 9990 Belvedere at the intersection of State Road 7, whereas many of these reviews are mistakenly for the Belvedere Road/Military Trail location.
I continue to return year-in/year-out because of the service. Yeannet and their team of opticians are patient, professional, friendly and attentive, traits that are becoming something of a rarity. The warranty on the glasses is worthless, unless good people stand behind it: once again Yeannet brought my glasses “back to new” today.

I’ve ordered glasses and had my eyes checked here over the yearssssssss. Not sure why there has been so many bad reviews but I’ve ALWAYSSSSS had an easy and great experience here. I needed to reorder a pair of glasses and it was super easy and came in within 3 days. I’ll keep coming as long as the service continues to be superb.
