My sister and I have been coming here since we were kids. The doctor is great & so are the ladies, but today while my sister was getting her new lens , the lady helping her was rude and seemed to be rushing us. She had a slight attitude when my little sister was taking a little while to pay. The lady’s name is Yeannet. My sister is a child and our grandfather was with her. They’re not experienced. But what the lady didn’t know was that I was on the phone with my sister the entire time. I could hear how she was talking to my little sister.
I’ve ordered glasses and had my eyes checked here over the yearssssssss. Not sure why there has been so many bad reviews but I’ve ALWAYSSSSS had an easy and great experience here. I needed to reorder a pair of glasses and it was super easy and came in within 3 days. I’ll keep coming as long as the service continues to be superb.
Dr. Cano is one of the best optometrists I've seen in my lifetime. His attention to detail is everything. Even has his own machine that takes a picture of your eyeball. With this he is able to visually see the veins in your eyeball, and determine how healthy it is. I went in there today and got contacts. The The representatives in the glasses area, are extremely helpful.This guy is on point. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the utmost professionalism regarding your eyesight.
