Great Service at the Walmart Vision Center
I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Excellent customer service and a team that truly cares. Highly recommended!
My glasses broke and I needed a replacement to drive back home. They didn't have frames to fit my slightly wider face yesterday and that I liked but you’re welcome to roll the dice. As long as you're patient and decent to them, they do take care of you. I ended up leaving for a different place without replacement tho 😕
Been getting my glasses here since my Dad took me as a kid. Some of the staff over my years have been super nice and helpful! Like the lady that helped me 2 years back for a pair while I had a sprained ankle. Others are begrudgingly helpful. The ladies that work at this vision center are top notch. Always professional and kind, super helpful when I was picking out new glasses and just made the whole experience easy. They are always attentive and considerate of my time when I call on the phone as well. Can’t say enough good things about this team (side note: I haven’t actually gotten an eye exam from the doctor here- only order contacts and glasses with the sales associates)
