This entire review is for one person who works there who went out of her way to help me (on 3/14/22) and seemed like she was a friend rather than an employee. Her name is Sam and she deserves a promotion/ raise etc. I previously have had bad experiences here a few years ago with various ppl who worked here and I rarely go in, but I was looking for specific cat food and she not only helped me, but my elderly cat actually ate the cat food she suggested. I'm coming back to buy more. She single handedly changed my perspective on the entire place. I tried to call corporate but I can't get through to anyone. I'm extremely grateful for her help and I hope someone in management reads this.
