The employees here are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. Associates are amazing, helpful, and nice, effectively assisting in identifying desired services and exceeding expectations. They are focused, diligent, and great listeners who provide excellent customer service and product recommendations. While some customers have had negative experiences, the overall experience is often positive, with customers leaving satisfied and confident in their purchases.
My family and I felt welcomed and received help from a very kind and sweet woman, Anna, who was extremely patient with us! She did my makeup and helped me pick out the right makeup, skincare, and brushes for my skin. She also assisted me and my mom in finding a good fragrance! She was so caring! 🫶🏼 Love this Ulta.

I stopped in on what was clearly a very busy Friday, yet she still took the time to answer all of my questions with patience, kindness, and professionalism. At no point did she make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her—a rarity these days when some retail associates unintentionally make customers feel like they’re trying to get through the interaction as quickly as possible.
