The Laundry Room is a clean and well-maintained laundromat with helpful staff and friendly service. Customers appreciate the new machines that accept all quarters without issues and the variety of detergent options available. The staff, especially during night shifts, are attentive, professional, and make clients feel welcome. Many customers have used this laundromat for years, praising its cleanliness, neat folding, and effective stain removal. Prices are affordable, and the environment is laid back and relaxing. Overall, The Laundry Room provides a great experience for those looking to do laundry in a friendly and efficient setting.
There was a city wide power outage which shut down all the machines in the middle of the cycles. The owner showed upright away and turned every machine back on for free the minute the power was back on and kept apologizeing. Even though it wasn't even his fault. This place is spotless as well!!! I have never seen a cleaner laundry mat!!!! I will continue to use!!!!
I've been coming here for years, since they were in the Palm Coast Plaza. The new location has all-new machines that accept all your quarters without spitting them back 20 times.
