Cynthia is my practitioner, and she’s amazing. I’ve only had two sessions, and I can already feel a difference. She really listens, makes you feel comfortable, and explains what she’s doing as she goes. Every session feels personalized, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in.

Stretch Zone is doing wonders for my overly active 63 year old body. SARAH in particular has been amazing. She intuitively knows what to do with me and how much I can/should take. I felt so amazing after my 1st session with her. Like a total 180! Today was my 2nd time and I feel like a million bucks! Thanks SZ and thank you Sarah!!

Javon Saint-Firmin been helping with the stretching for a couple of months now and the difference on my body is amazing. I am more flexible, less tight, relaxed, the deep stretching has helped my lower back tremendously.The staff in general are very nice, and Javon is very professional and respectful. I really recommend stretching a Stretch Zone.
