I haven’t picked up my little baby doxie yet since he still has to get his vaccinations, but oh my god the service was absolutely amazing, so kind and professional and helpful, I was almost in disbelief when I saw the pictures of this little dude for the first time, star pups was so concerned with his health before getting his vaccinations and I was so thankful about it, between making sure he wasn’t in contact with other pups, and having me use hand sanitizer and other products before meeting him. ** just saw the owner's response to this . I'm going to go as far as saying please do not use this company . The fact that they respond this way to a legitimate review is pretty sad . We bought a chihuahua . However when we actually did the DNA it had Chihuahua but it also had rat terrier and another undistinguished hound. Definitely not AKC or even Kennel Club Worthy. That being said we loved the dog. We actually took her to the vet Palms West Veterinary and spent money to get her healthy. I have all the records. She should have been healthy when we bought her from the store. At this point that puppy has now passed due to congestive heart failure. It's quite sad that...read full review
After being scammed for a lot of money I went to star pups what a difference They were knowledge plus caring + u don't see what you want they will order it for you very professional love them
