Speedway Autoworks Inc. is Brevard County's premier towing service, known for its excellence and efficiency in handling a wide range of towing needs, from light to heavy-duty. They have received praise for their quick response in providing car towing services, such as when a brand new 2022 Mustang convertible needed to be towed not once, but twice in just three days. The tow truck drivers are described as nice and courteous, going the extra mile by waiting until a ride arrived and ensuring that customers are not left stranded on the side of the road. The staff, including the women at the office, are commended for their patience and kindness over the phone. Overall, Speedway Autoworks Inc. is a reliable choice for top-notch towing services.
The dispatcher was friendly and professional. He knew exactly where the driver was so he could give me a pretty good ETA and the driver showed up within good timing within maybe 10 to 15 minutes from the ETA which is understandable considering he was in South Cocoa Beach and had to drive through the Friday Fest traffic to get to us. The driver was friendly, alert, professional, and quick to prepare for the tow. The driver paid attention to detail and careful with the vehicle needing towed. Fast, friendly, safe, and professional. What else could you ask for. Thanks guys.

Sheldon was very professional and courteous. He took photos of my car upon arrival and after he mounted the car on the tow bar. Communication before arrival and after drop off at a repair shop was excellent. Overall great service.
