I use the spa frequently and while it is supposed to be filtered four hours a day I filter at 2 to 3 hours as it is always clean and fresh. I have never had a problem with the water being smelly or irritating to my skin. It always is at the perfect temperature that I set and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re going to buy a spa I recommend this company more than any.
