Dione was extremely helpful. He sent me a picture of the spa diagram to help confirm the exact part we needed. He then sent the part next day as well as an instructional video to replace the part. This is the service that all companies should follow,Thank you Dione

Dylan and his crew delivered our TS240 Masterspa 2/6/24, to Venice. We had some tight doors to come through - they did an awesome job! I honestly don't know how they do it! Dylan was knowledgeable and professional! Great work! Thank you so very much!

Todd,Pat and I want to let you know how much we appreciate you driving all the way to Venice to show us the operational idiosyncrasies of the hot tub jets.It was so helpful to have this tutorial. Nothing made any sense, and the little booklet does a poor job of describing the process that is not really simple but it sounds like it should be.We appreciate, also, the invitation to contact you with any concerns or needs, and we look forward to getting the owner's manual and warranty that remained locked in the tub.Thanks again, Todd!We love our Master Spa Hot Tub!All the best,Donna
