Wish I could give 10 stars!!! Rod and his son came out and did such an incredible and thorough job! I asked so many questions and Rod was so clear and thorough when ansering them! He was so knowledgable and patient! I had my entire unit cleaned as well as had it rebedded. They were both extremely polite, professional and meticulous! Even Allie who answered all my calls/texts was so patient, helpful, polite, organized, communicative and extremely quick to reply! She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to book me for same day service! I would recommend this company a million times over!

Their online appointment system made scheduling a breeze, and the installation of my new water conditioning unit went perfectly. Rod, the technician, was incredibly kind and thorough—he walked me through every detail and made sure I understood how everything worked. The difference in my water is amazing already!

We spoke to multiple companies and did extensive research before picking a company to install a water filtration system for our home. In an industry filled with scam artists and predatory sales tactics Soft Water Techs set themselves apart by being honest and straightforward about the system from the get go. We are very happy with the service provided and the installation looks and works great. Within a few weeks we have absolutely noticed the difference in our RO drinking water and the whole home water filtration.
