Smithco sent Perry Montero from their team to resolve a water leak in my office caused by the A/C, and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Perry was. What a great company to do business with. They return phone calls. Did a great job on a total a/c installation with an air handler in a very confined space. Helped us with a high humidity issue, even though it wasn't their fault. Great customer service. Even the installation crew was friendly and top notch. I would recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
