They've been going through an upgrade in their computer system. The kinks are finally being worked out and the work flow is much better. Imo they ran a bit short staffed for the transition. The CAMS are extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend Seacrest to anyone! We've done a lot of research and they are the best full service property management company in this area.
We are very fortunate to live in Bear Creek Preserve. Steve and Ruby keep us well-informed and up to date on all the activities and pertinent info we should be aware of. Couldn't ask for two more competent individuals!! They're doing an outstanding job!
