My experience both as president and condo owner with Seacrest has been excellent. Jackie Pugh, responds quickly to my requests and it is a pleasure dealing with her. Her presence at our meetings in invaluable. Terry Johns and Angel Mercado are usually quick to respond to my calls and always do a great job. Heather Wigg is always pleasant and helpful when I come into the office. John Nogrady, Patricia Almanzar, Lawrence Wigg and Brian Hyman are always there to help in any way they can. I am pleased we are with Seacrest.
I owned a condo in Century village East for the past 20 years and was president of the condo for 14 years. I resigned as president three years ago. Seacrest Services provided exceptional support and services. Paul Kurtz was our property manager and Steve Kittredge was the regional director. When Steve was promoted and Paul left Seacrest support and services deteriorated. We left Seacrest and tried the two other property management companies operating in CVE. Our experience with these management companies lead us back to Seacrest. Currently with Jacqueline Pugh as Regional Director the service is again exceptional.
We have great service from Jaqueline, Terry, John, Angel and the whole team at CVE Deerfield. Good Communication and easy to work with, and always helpful. Friendly and professional, these guys help make CVE the most beautiful location !!!
