It's a shame there is one bad review from ALL the professional, kind, honest and friendly times people have experienced. I believe many people will be quick to criticize before compliment! I've gone in the front office MANY times, with no warning, and ALWAYS been greeted with a friendly smile. Once I WAS the 'grumpy' one, stressed out, and STILL was welcomed with kindness. Wish we had MORE people like Joe and Kimberly!
Joe has been doing our taxes for the last 10 years. Even though we've moved twice and live an hour from his office, we wouldn't go anywhere else. He's a pro and great to work with. Just book early because his time slots fill up fast and if you need to change it, it's nearly impossible to get a slot in. He's a hot commodity.
