I contacted Right at Home on very short notice seeking their help with an elderly family friend. The friend’s plans to move into an assisted living home in West Palm suddenly fell apart - with no family or others available locally (including me) to help her out. Enter Kari and Shauna who were amazing - shifting their schedules around to accommodate my friend’s needs and going above & beyond to help coordinate all the packing and moving logistics, making sure her former place was left in good shape, and ensuring that she was properly checked in and moved into her new facility.
