Awful experience with no response! My condo association hired regency after last years hurricanes and we were promised they would dry out our units, CLEAN, pack up, and store our belongings and get rid of what was not salvageable and pack back when we are ready. We have asked numerous times for a list of what was kept in storage, with nothing. Then when asked if we could come on site to see what was stored we were told we were not allowed to due to safety. Three weeks ago we decided to get our belongings bc our units are still not ready. We were allowed on site to do that but not to see what we had stored?
