We have been unable to get ahold of anyone to give update on payment since it was due on Nov 21. When we call, we can not get a call or email back.Invoice CA04883-2 & CA04883-2F for $95,288.58
Awful experience with no response! My condo association hired regency after last years hurricanes and we were promised they would dry out our units, CLEAN, pack up, and store our belongings and get rid of what was not salvageable and pack back when we are ready. We have asked numerous times for a list of what was kept in storage, with nothing. Then when asked if we could come on site to see what was stored we were told we were not allowed to due to safety. Three weeks ago we decided to get our belongings bc our units are still not ready. We were allowed on site to do that but not to see what we had stored? As a contractor that work Previously for this company on multiple jobs I advise all the contractors to stay away from them, This company has a tendency not to pay on time according to their own subcontractor agreement that says they got 21 days to process your payment, need to be prepared to wait 3 to 4 months to get paid due to the lack of professionalism, No response back neither from emails voice message or even answer the phone calls. They literally force you to sign an unconditional waiver for each job that explicit says that you have been paid in full because without that they will not start your payment process.
