We have used Prestige the past several years for AC and furnace tune ups and have been very satisfied. Last week they replaced our 30+ year old split AC/Furnace condo unit. Rudy came out initially and didn’t pressure us on buying as our AC still worked but could die at any time. He gave us a great quote on a new 2.5 ton unit. Lead installers Richard and I think Walt? came out and did a wonderful job installing the new unit. Richard went out if his way to configure the inside unit so that it fit much better in the furnace closet. Once completed our new unit was quiet and the air smelled so fresh!! Great job guys!! In Florida to avoid the icy winter up north and was shocked by 48 degree weather here. Bad time to find out my heat doesn’t work. I called Prestige at 8 am and the technician was at my house by 830. He had it up and running in no time. Very helpful and very polite. Will definitely use them when I need help again.
