Unsure of the problem due to the fact that my husband was out of town, my husband went under the companies that did service under our warranty and read good ratings on this company. First, I am absolutely amazed that I was able to get same day service and on time to the dot, second Cruze was the technician that came. I felt he was honest as well as educating to myself and my husband as to how and why things were not working properly along with recommendations.
