I cannot begin to say enough great things about Pool Crafters. They are always responsive, fairly priced, efficient, and masters at pool installation. We had our pool installed 2 years ago and if I have any issues, I give a call to Betsey and she works tirelessly to assist me and ensure a great customer experience. I highly recommend them for any pool needs, especially since it’s such a big purchase, and can be scary, but Pool Crafters will make you feel comfortable throughout the entirety of the process.
We couldn't be happier with our new pool! We just passed our final inspection and it was pretty smooth along the way. It was a pleasure to work with Daniel on the design and he kept in touch every step of the way. The time frame they promised was on point. Rock is an expert pool builder and we have nothing but respect and gratitude for the business he runs. Unlike other pool builders we met with, Pool Crafters listened to us and gave us exactly what we wanted instead of forcing a cookie cutter product on us.
