I hired Michael to redo my entire home. From the very start, he was professional and clear on the pricing. I started with a gut job of my kitchen and living room. I then did all impact windows and doors. As I saw the house becoming more beautiful, I kept adding on jobs until I redid the entire house lol. When I wanted to tweak things and adjust the cost for some of the jobs, Michael and Krystal worked with me to figure out what could be added and removed to fit my price range. Michael is a true professional, and he and his company have been doing work for me and my family for 10 years. He is a Licensed General Contractor, not some handyman, and he and Palm Home Improvements do things the right way, not shoddy work you will get with others. He's part architect, part engineer, and works with his crew to get things done. He is a clear and effective communicator, and handles the project from top to bottom.

I have used many contractors over the course of time. I have never found one to be so on top of everything, so diligent, so communicative and very easy to work with as I did with Michael, Krystal and Palm Home Improvement. It was a struggle getting board approval and Michael never gave up. He persevered, even when I was ready to give up. Michael's work is beautiful, and very professional. He make sure that everything is perfect before he closes the job. Even if you do have an issue, he's on top of it and very willing to come in and fix what needs to be repaired. I know down the road I will be using Michael again for other home improvement projects.
