We trusted Raimo and his son Lukas to do our home inspection we went under contract on and they did an awesome job. When I originally called to inquire, I had multiple questions about their approach, specifically about how they inspect mold/moisture since its so common in Florida and one of my biggest concerns. Raimo was extremely educated on the topic and was able to hyperfocus the home inspection based on my concerns, as well as offering a an air quality test which pulls mold spores from the air and tells you whether or not you're dealing with toxicity. This father-and-son team is incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable — they even saved me from purchasing a property that had major hidden issues.
