My technician, Omar, is great. He recognizes my problem and strives to correct it. He is very good. Only wish that I had more notice and more of a definitive schedule then I have with them I never know when they're coming until the day before and often have to reschedule otherwise I'm satisfied

From initial inspection to actual treatment. Our Inspector Daniel was very thorough. Very courteous. Excellent follow up as we had obtained other estimates. Day of treatment the tech named Lenny came on time. Explained what was being done. Even showed me exactly where termites were. Lenny was also very professional and cordial. Took shoes off to enter home. Cleaned up work areas.we’re very impressed and would highly recommend Orkin to others.

2nd service 2024 I had a fantastic experience with Kesnaud from Orkin. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing our pest control needs. Kesnaud took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure every corner was covered. His attention to detail and commitment to doing an excellent job truly stood out.
