My first experience with them was fine, but too time consuming in my opinion. I get around to wanting a refill and I ask them about the status of my prescription. They say it is expired, but offer to renew it for free for one time only if I place an order today. I go ahead and then they refuse to honor the free renewal they put in writing to me. I reminded them of that and attached the original e-mail, but they still wouldn't honor it, so I took my business elsewhere and parted with very choice words.Well, a few days have passed since that past week debacle, a company head calls me today and they went WAY over and beyond to make it up to me, so I am upgrading this post....read full review
