This was great experience from start to finish. Receptionist Edward, assisted me with the paperwork. Then I met Merlys the nurse who took extremely good care of me. Finger prick & blood drawn was painless didn’t feel a thing. She’s AMAZING. Jordan the X-ray tech. Was also AMAZING. Dr Lewis was kind & had a great bedside manner who actually called me before I was out of the parking lot to inform me everything looks good on the chest X-ray. I’m so grateful for the kindness & professionalism I experienced today. I highly recommend using this location . 5 stars are not enough. My personal rating is a 10. God bless this team.
I had a very positive experience with dr. Lewis Lawrence Md. They were professional, caring, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. I felt heard and respected throughout the visit. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate the quality of care I received and would highly recommend MD Now urgent care.
The Medical receptionist was very pleasant over the phone. answering all my questions when I called. And when I reached the facility he was just as pleasant. The facility was nice and clean comb atmosphere.Once I got in the back , everyone was pleasant as well. The respiratory therapist and the doctor answered any questions I had. I definitely revisit if needed.
