It would be a 5 star review but this is the third time I have had this happen to me at a Massage Envy location.
I show up early for my appointment and wait 20 min. I am taken 5 minutes late and knew I would be shortened on time.
I decided this time to start a timer to test my theory. I started the timer as soon as I was undressed and ready to hit the table. I waited approximately 3 minutes for the masseuse to return. After she returned she must have forgotten something because she left for another minute or two.

The place excells because of the team that works there. ✨😃 the facility is super clean and nice. All the staff is knowledgeable in anatomy and muscle relief: a huge thanks to Azael, Ricky and Wilson.

This was my first time at massage envy. I got a massage from Ricky & a facial from Cindy. Rickey literally itched my soul & Cindy was so sweet & extremely informative. My face is literally glowing, feeling so hydrated & rejuvenated 1000/10. Cannot recommend them enough.
