I contacted 3 roofing companies to provide quotes for a full roof replacement of my 23 year+ roof. All came in at about the same price. I selected Marzo because Maksim was significantly more thorough in his inspection of my home. What this meant was the quote he provided accurately reflected what actually needed to be done. There were no surprises. The other companies would have either had to add on cost at the end of the project or would have done subpar work. Also, (having already done the research myself), I knew the products he suggested were of excellent quality. Maksim provided an honest assessment, provided options, and explained the different pros/cons for each choice. There was no pressure. Yeah Throughout the project, he maintained regular contact and set expectations. The crew was amazingly fast and efficient. The roof looks great!
