Just before my European vacation, my 12 year old HVAC unit stopped cooling. I really wanted to wait to get a new system installed after my vacation. Mr. Joshua Wong found the coolant leak and provided me with hopefully an extension. That extension last 3 weeks, then the system stopped cooling again. Completely expected due to the age and condition of the system. My vacation had an unexpected delay in returning from Europe and that added to the age of the fix.
