A hidden gem! I started training at Kinetic Performance with Terence four months ago and every single workout has been different. He always modifies for maximum results and minimum risk of injury. The gym is clean and parking is simple at the front. It’s an exclusive atmosphere with only one person / trainer. Fun and effective. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have been training with Terrence for a very long time. I was his first client!!!! He is very knowledgeable and professional. My strength, endurance and flexibility have increased tremendously and he has helped me keep my focus on an active and healthy lifestyle. Both Terrence and Craig are personable, funny and hard working individuals and their training facility is clean and never crowded. Terrence is the best trainer in Palm Beach County!!!!
