I hired John Gavigan in September 2020 to represent me in auto accident case and he didn’t touch base with me At all I did all the calling and getting information for my case. The last time I spoke to John was in January and he stated that he was going to give me a call back and never did I call Numerous times and I never received a call back I spoke to his secretary in April she claimed she was going to send me a letter stated that they can no longer represent me do to it’s a difficult case and they are not able to recover anything. He could have returned my email and phone calls. I don’t know how he can conduct business like this.
