Very disappointing. This was the second time I went to the salon. My first experience was very good and I was happy, I had found a good salon. This time was not good at all. I will not be back. Gor some reason yhe nail tech did not put tips on my nails. I specifically asked because they had soaked off from the last visit. Even though my natural nails looked really good and had grown, he cut them down, and I assumed he was going to put tips since I asked for this. When I asked he told me no, next time. I kept asking why, and he wouldn't answer me. I did not have time to argue. I let him finish my nails since he was already halfway finished, but I will never go back. I...read full review
This salon is so nice & very welcoming. They always take time to decorate for all holidays, which i think is so sweet.
Dan has done my pedicures a few times and does a great job, and the massage is amazing. Rachel usually does my nails (nexgen/dip). Rachel is not only an artist at her job, she cares so much about the people who work at her salon, and she cares deeply for her customers.
We recently moved to the area, and I have been here a few times before giving a rave review, so I can be honest that they have done a wonderful job with my Mani & Pedi for 5 months now, not just once. Rachael usually works on me like today, but Ann has also done a wonderful job. I need short nails, and brought in a purse and asked her to do that color, only softer, and WOW did Rachael do a phenomenal job! I have also brought in my mother on a walker a couple of times and they have been thorough yet gentle with her. I highly recommend Ibis Nails.
