I recently brought my two cats in for flea treatment. The staff was so sweet and caring for my cats and very considerate of my time and needs. They provided clear outlined costs for the different options available for my cats and we decided which option was the best. The appointments were very accessible at short notice. I will be going back for further dental treatment.
I have always had 5 dogs in my life. I have used Ibis Animal Hospital for 22 years. I trust this office, dr, and staff with all of my dearly loved dogs. I highly recommend this Veternarian office.
Words cannot fully express the deep gratitude I have for Dr. Felz and her staff. The level of veterinary expertise and care my girl, Elle, has received in the nearly 10 years she has been a patient far exceeds that of any prior veterinarians Elle has seen. Not long ago, Dr. Felz save my girl's life. Elle had developed pyometra and by the time the symptoms manifested, she was seriously ill, requiring immediate surgery. Dr. Felz discovered the previous vet had failed to remove all the uterus when Elle was spayed at 2 years of age.
