Sternley was very professional, great personality, and a very great tech. He was very thorough and educated me, he explained everything to me in a way I understand, now I feel like I know a lot more now about my AC unit. Will recommend him 5 out 5.
Another great job by John!!! Our AC stopped working that supplies cool air to our master bedroom. Called late on Friday and secured an appointment for Saturday. John was able to quickly fix our issue and we have cool air again. John is always a professional and personable to deal with. Thanks John for being our guy!!!
Our service by Gazi was tremendous today very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He came out sooner than the booked time got straight to work and gave us multiple solutions to help our old overheating unit out. 10/10 would highly recommend his service as well as the company
