We could not get ahold of owner of the condo so we could get it fixed. Water was shut off.

We have called on Hi-Tech twice in the past month . . . once for an A/C issue and another time for plumbing. Both times Hi-Tech was extremely accommodating. They sent out a technician the same day to troubleshoot our A/C unit that was not cooling to the desired temperature. Kenny performed a diagnostic test that identified the problem as a clogged water discharge line. In no time the unit was back running properly. He also checked the filter, compressor and all the other key components of our system. Kenny was very professional and pleasant to work with. The quick response to service was amazing. T arrived within the hour and was friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately ran a diagnostic and found the core of the issue.
Although, the issue could not be fixed the same day due to circumstances out of his control, T, Leo and Philip arrived 1st thing in the morning and helped fix the issue quickly.
